Preformed Modules for Faster Furnace Lining Installation

 

Ceramic Fiber Modules are manufactured from ceramic fiber blankets that are folded or cut according to the required design and then formed using dedicated module-processing equipment.

This converts a flexible blanket into a preformed furnace lining component that is easier to position and install. The modular structure can improve installation efficiency and help maintain better dimensional consistency and surface flatness across the furnace lining.

The product combines low thermal conductivity, low weight, and stable thermal insulation performance. It can be used in different thermal furnaces, industrial kilns, and other high-temperature equipment where the lining needs to be installed or replaced in modular sections.

Reinforced M-Shaped Anchoring Structure

 

One of the main structural features of these Ceramic Fiber Modules is the reinforced M-shaped anchor.

The anchoring position is arranged close to the cold face, helping reduce direct high-temperature exposure to the fixing system. The connecting components are made from heat-resistant steel and welded into the fixing structure.

A stamped butterfly plate is also used. Two round fixing rings are embedded inside the module to increase the load-bearing area and improve the stability of the anchoring system.

The product range covers NC1260 through NC1600, with a bulk density of 180–260 kg/m³. At a density of 192 kg/m³, the permanent linear change after 24 hours of heating at the corresponding temperatures is within approximately 1.2%–1.5%, depending on the grade.

Module Design Based on Furnace Structure

 

Nengcheng Crystal has expanded from basic fiber materials into ceramic fiber modules, composite furnace lining blocks, and special-shaped vacuum-formed products.

Module selection involves more than the fiber grade. Furnace dimensions, anchor position, module arrangement, and installation area all influence the final lining configuration.

The technical service team can support operating-condition analysis, product selection, and installation guidance. The production team has experience with fiber forming, module processing, and finished-product machining.

For furnace walls, roofs, doors, or local hot-face areas, the module shape and assembly method can be discussed according to the actual furnace structure.

OEM Modules, Samples and Delivery Control

 

OEM, ODM, and non-standard module development are supported according to technical drawings or physical prototypes.

A sample or prototype can be prepared before bulk production. Customized sample development normally takes 7–15 days, while customized product production usually takes 20–45 days.

Photos or videos can be provided during manufacturing. Finished modules are normally checked before packaging, and third-party inspection is accepted.

If the module dimensions, anchoring parts, or product structure are damaged during transportation, buyers can retain photos and videos. The factory can first arrange replacement and then investigate the cause and discuss the follow-up solution.
