Layered Furnace Lining with Separate Hot-Face and Insulation Functions
Composite Ceramic Fiber Furnace Lining Blocks are industrial furnace lining components made by combining ceramic fiber materials with different performance characteristics.
The product uses a layered hot-face and insulation design. The side facing the furnace chamber is intended to withstand higher temperature, flame, and gas-flow exposure, while the rear fiber layer reduces heat transfer toward the furnace shell.
Compared with using one fiber material throughout the entire lining, this composite arrangement allows different material grades to be assigned according to the thermal load of each layer.
The product can be supplied as prefabricated blocks or as composite fiber boards, providing different installation options according to the furnace structure.

Two Structural Forms with Different Density Ranges
For both forms, the hot-face fiber contains 70% Al₂O₃, with combined Al₂O₃ and SiO₂ content of 99.5%.
The insulation-layer fiber contains 52% Al₂O₃, while the combined Al₂O₃ and SiO₂ content is 99%.
The prefabricated block form has a bulk density of 280–300 kg/m³ and compressive strength of 0.6 MPa. Its permanent linear change is below 1% after 24 hours at 1500°C.
The composite fiber board form has a higher density range of 300–600 kg/m³ and compressive strength of 0.4–0.6 MPa. Its permanent linear change is below 1.8% after 24 hours at 1500°C.
These differences allow buyers to compare Composite Ceramic Fiber Furnace Lining Blocks with the board form according to installation structure and required physical properties.
Applications for New Furnaces and Lining Renovation
The product can be used in heating furnaces, heat treatment furnaces, and ladle insulation covers in metallurgy and machinery applications.
It is also suitable for roller kilns, tunnel kilns, pit furnaces, and bell-type furnaces in the ceramic industry.
Nengcheng Crystal has integrated capabilities from fiber raw material production to module, board, and special-shaped product processing.
For newly built industrial furnaces, the technical team can discuss composite layer configuration according to equipment temperature and furnace wall structure.
For existing furnace renovation, the available furnace space and disassembly conditions can be considered when choosing between prefabricated blocks and board structures.
Technical service can include operating-condition analysis, product selection, and installation guidance.

Non-Standard Processing and International Purchasing
Composite Ceramic Fiber Furnace Lining Blocks can be customized according to technical drawings or physical prototypes.
Customized sample development normally requires 7–15 days, while customized product production generally takes 20–45 days.
Photos or videos can be provided during production. Finished products are normally inspected before packaging, and third-party inspection is accepted.
For larger orders, pricing can be discussed according to purchase quantity. EXW, FOB, and DDP trade terms are supported for international purchasing, and payment can be made in USD or RMB.
Packaging can use wooden cases, wooden pallets, or cartons according to the size and weight of the furnace lining components.
