Vacuum Heat Treatment for Processes up to 600°C
Low Temperature Vacuum Annealing Furnace is a horizontal vacuum heat treatment system with a maximum temperature of 600°C.
The furnace uses a circular external structure with a square internal working space. The round outer body supports vacuum performance, while the square chamber provides practical loading space for trays, fixtures, and regularly shaped workpieces.
Compared with ultra-high-temperature sintering equipment, this furnace is designed for medium- and low-temperature annealing, degassing, brazing, and vacuum treatment where a larger usable chamber and stable heating environment are more important than extreme temperature.

Metal Heating Tubes and Multi-Layer Thermal Shields
The furnace uses finned metal heating tubes.
A multi-layer heat-shield structure helps distribute and retain heat within the working area.
The furnace liner is made from 304 stainless steel, while the outer shell is carbon steel. Circulating water cooling is provided between the two layers to support structural stability during continued operation.
Four chamber sizes are available:
400 × 300 × 300 mm, 500 × 400 × 400 mm, 600 × 500 × 500 mm, and 800 × 500 × 500 mm.
Their corresponding power ratings are 9 kW, 12 kW, 18 kW, and 27 kW.
The rated voltage is 380 V. The listed heating rate is 1–20°C/min, and the vacuum level is 10 Pa.
Suitable Processes for Lower-Temperature Vacuum Treatment
Low Temperature Vacuum Annealing Furnace can be used for ceramic firing, vacuum melting, degassing of electric-vacuum components, annealing and brazing of metal parts, and ceramic-to-metal sealing.
The 600°C temperature range makes the furnace suitable for processes that do not require ultra-high temperature but still need control of oxidation and furnace atmosphere.
Buyers should consider workpiece material, loading dimensions, fixture requirements, heating rate, and target vacuum level when selecting the chamber size.
If one purchasing project involves several workpiece types, comparing available chamber sizes can help determine which configuration better matches batch loading requirements.

Custom Insulation Parts and Order Coordination
For low-temperature vacuum equipment, Nengcheng Crystal can manufacture insulation covers, liners, sleeves, and other non-standard insulation parts according to technical drawings.
The company uses wet vacuum forming and finished-product machining processes for these supporting products.
Orders can start from one unit, and different models can be combined within the same order.
Standard products normally require 15–25 working days, while customized products generally take 20–45 days.
The factory arranges production according to its manufacturing plan and can provide photos or videos during production so buyers can follow equipment and component progress.
