1100°C Resistance Heating for General Vacuum Heat Treatment
Vacuum Annealing Furnace is a vacuum heat treatment system using resistance-wire radiant heating. The maximum temperature is 1100°C.
The furnace liner is made from 310S stainless steel, providing the temperature resistance and clean working environment required for vacuum processing.
The equipment can be used for annealing, sintering, and brazing of metal, ceramic, and composite workpieces.
Compared with ultra-high-temperature systems using graphite or tungsten heating elements, this furnace operates in a temperature range more suitable for conventional metal heat treatment and general-purpose vacuum processes.
Its chamber and power options cover both smaller test work and medium-volume processing requirements.

Ceramic Fiber Cotton Insulation to Reduce Heat Loss
Ceramic fiber cotton is used as the furnace insulation material.
Its low thermal conductivity helps reduce heat loss through the furnace body and lowers heat storage within the insulation structure.
Available furnace chamber sizes include 300 × 200 × 200 mm, 400 × 300 × 300 mm, 500 × 400 × 400 mm, and 600 × 400 × 400 mm.
The corresponding power ratings are 6 kW, 12 kW, 18 kW, and 24 kW.
Rated voltage can be selected as 220 V or 380 V.
The vacuum level is 6.67 × 10⁻⁴ Pa, and resistance wire is used as the heating element.
When purchasing a Vacuum Annealing Furnace, sample dimensions, single-batch load, power supply, process temperature, and vacuum requirement should be considered together.
Applications from Annealing to Ceramic-Metal Sealing
The equipment can be used for metal annealing, ceramic sintering, vacuum melting, degassing of electric-vacuum parts, brazing of metal components, and ceramic-to-metal sealing.
The combination of a 310S stainless steel liner and vacuum environment helps reduce workpiece oxidation and maintain a clean internal working area.
The ceramic fiber cotton insulation is used to control heat loss around the chamber.
For different materials, buyers should confirm the actual process temperature, holding time, workpiece outgassing behavior, and whether protective gas is required before final equipment selection.
The listed 1100°C maximum temperature alone should not be used as the only selection criterion.

Furnace Insulation, Inspection and After-Sales Support
Ceramic fiber cotton and vacuum-furnace insulation products are part of Nengcheng Crystal's core business.
The company has capabilities covering fiber formation and crystallization, wet vacuum forming, precision processing, and physical and chemical testing.
Technical support can cover furnace lining thickness, furnace door sealing, and custom-shaped insulation components.
The factory has dedicated inspection personnel. Equipment and related components are normally checked before packaging, and third-party inspection is accepted.
If transportation damage occurs after delivery, buyers can retain photos and videos. The factory can first assist with replacement equipment or replacement parts and then investigate the cause and discuss the follow-up solution.
