Vertical Vacuum System for Brazing and Bright Heat Treatment
Vertical Vacuum Brazing Furnace is a vacuum heating system designed for metal brazing and bright heat treatment. The equipment uses a vertical single-chamber structure with horizontal loading and an external circulation system. A PLC automatic control system and human-machine interface are used to display and control the operating process.
The furnace uses annular heating with tungsten infrared lamps. A high-cleanliness quartz cover is installed inside the chamber, together with a stainless steel material rack. The rack provides convenient loading and unloading and has good oxidation resistance.
This structure is suitable for batch processing of small and medium metal parts where the process requires vacuum conditions, controlled heating, and relatively fast temperature changes.


1050°C Operation with Fast Heating Capability
The working temperature is 1050°C.
Infrared lamps are used as the heating elements, and the listed heating rate is 1–120°C/min. The vacuum level can reach 6.7 × 10⁻⁴ Pa.
Four chamber sizes are available:
φ180 × 400 mm, φ200 × 400 mm, φ250 × 400 mm, and φ300 × 400 mm.
The corresponding power ratings are 8 kW, 10 kW, 15 kW, and 20 kW. Voltage can be configured as 220 V or 380 V.

Applications for Stainless Steel and Metal Components
The equipment is mainly used for batch heat treatment of small and medium stainless steel parts.
The supplied information lists tableware, knives, hardware components, and other stainless steel products. It can also be used for bright quenching and tempering of martensitic stainless steel and bright annealing of austenitic stainless steel.
Vacuum conditions help reduce oxidation and contamination during heat treatment. The quartz cover and stainless steel rack also provide a defined working space for loading parts.
The furnace insulation uses ceramic alumina material, combining thermal insulation with the cleanliness requirements of the furnace chamber.
