1650°C Heat Treatment in an Oxygen-Free Environment

 

Oxygen Free Vacuum Annealing Furnace is designed for high-temperature sintering and heat treatment under oxygen-free vacuum conditions.

The furnace uses a round external body and square internal working space. This structure combines the pressure resistance required for vacuum operation with a practical square loading chamber.

Molybdenum disilicide heating elements are used for direct heating, allowing the furnace to reach an operating temperature of 1650°C.

Compared with a conventional 1100°C resistance-wire vacuum annealing furnace, this system provides a higher temperature range and is intended for ceramic sintering, high-temperature metal annealing, and materials that are sensitive to oxygen during thermal treatment.

Alumina Fiber Insulation and Three Chamber Sizes

 

Ceramic alumina fiber is used as the furnace insulation material.

The fiber structure provides high-temperature thermal insulation and supports the cleanliness requirements of the furnace chamber.

Three chamber sizes are available:

400 × 400 × 400 mm, 500 × 500 × 500 mm, and 600 × 600 × 600 mm.

Their corresponding rated powers are 20 kW, 35 kW, and 48 kW.

All models use a rated voltage of 380 V.

The operating temperature is 1650°C, and the vacuum range is listed from -0.1 MPa to 6.67 × 10⁻⁴ Pa.

When selecting an Oxygen Free Vacuum Annealing Furnace, chamber volume and vacuum configuration should be matched with the actual batch size and thermal process.
