Tube-Type Furnace for Atmosphere and Vacuum Heat Treatment

 

Bright Vacuum Annealing Furnace uses a tube furnace structure for atmosphere sintering, reduction treatment, CVD experiments, and vacuum annealing.

Resistance wire is used as the heating element together with phase-shift triggering and thyristor control.

The furnace tube is made from high-purity quartz. Stainless steel flanges seal both ends of the tube, while stainless steel supports hold the furnace tube in position.

This configuration forms a relatively independent processing space that can be connected to vacuum equipment or process gas lines from either end.

The tube-type structure is particularly suitable for long samples, materials arranged continuously along the furnace tube, and processes where gas or vacuum connections need to be made at both tube ends.

Large Quartz Tube Range from φ60 to φ400 mm

 

The operating temperature is 1100°C.

Available furnace tube sizes extend from φ60 × 2200 mm to φ400 × 2200 mm.

For φ60, φ80, and φ100 mm tubes, the listed power is 20 kW. A φ120 mm tube uses 26 kW, while φ200, φ300, and φ400 mm configurations use 35 kW, 60 kW, and 90 kW respectively.

Rated voltage is 380 V.

The heating rate is 1–10°C/min, and the vacuum level is 6.67 × 10⁻⁴ Pa.

Because tube diameter changes the available loading area and required heating power significantly, Bright Vacuum Annealing Furnace selection should be based on sample diameter and length together with the required process environment.

Alumina Polycrystalline Fiber Furnace Insulation

 

The furnace chamber uses polycrystalline alumina fiber as the insulation material.

A double-layer shell with an air-cooling system supports relatively fast heating and cooling while helping control equipment surface temperature.

The equipment can be used for high-temperature atmosphere sintering, atmosphere reduction, CVD experiments, and vacuum annealing in universities, research institutes, and industrial enterprises.

For CVD or reduction processes, buyers should also confirm gas type, number of gas lines, flow requirement, and exhaust connection method.

For vacuum annealing, tube diameter, flange connection, sample length, and target vacuum level are key specification points.
