Graphite Heating for 2000–2300°C Vacuum Processing

Graphite Vacuum Furnace is a high-temperature, high-vacuum resistance furnace that uses graphite as the heating element.

The equipment can reach a maximum temperature of 2000–2300°C. Graphite heating provides the high temperature required for processes that cannot be handled by conventional resistance-wire furnaces or ordinary metal furnace structures.

Materials are processed under vacuum or protective atmosphere conditions. The equipment is therefore suitable for high-temperature sintering and heat treatment where process temperature and furnace atmosphere are important selection factors.

The graphite heating structure can be used for both inorganic and metal material processing.

Four Chamber Sizes for Different Batch Loads

Four furnace chamber sizes are listed:

200 × 200 × 200 mm, 400 × 200 × 200 mm, 400 × 350 × 300 mm, and 600 × 400 × 400 mm.

The maximum temperature parameter is 2300°C.

Corresponding power ratings are 40 kW, 67 kW, 105 kW, and 185 kW.

The rated voltage is 380 V, and the vacuum level is 6.67 × 10⁻³ Pa.

These chamber sizes provide different loading volumes and power configurations. When choosing a Graphite Vacuum Furnace, buyers should compare sample dimensions, batch quantity, loading method, and process cycle rather than selecting equipment only according to the 2300°C maximum temperature.

Sintering, Purification and Annealing Applications

The supplied product information lists applications for ceramic sealing components, silicon carbide, zirconia, alumina, and other inorganic materials.

The furnace can also be used for vacuum or protective-atmosphere sintering of metal materials such as cemented carbide.

Other listed applications include purification of rare-earth elements and their oxides, as well as sapphire annealing.

For materials that can react easily with oxygen, buyers should confirm the vacuum system, protective gas, loading container, and heating and cooling program before equipment configuration is finalized.

For larger production requirements, effective chamber size and single-batch loading capacity should also be considered.

Related Insulation and Custom Processing Capability

Nengcheng Crystal's alumina crystal fiber series reaches temperature grades up to 1700°C. The company can also manufacture furnace insulation sleeves, flame shields, and vacuum-formed special-shaped components.

For ultra-high-temperature equipment, these products can be discussed for non-direct hot-face areas and related insulation structures.

The company has teams covering material development, production processes, quality control, and technical service. Insulation component dimensions and installation methods can be developed according to equipment drawings.

Photos or videos can be provided during production. Products are normally inspected before packaging, and third-party inspection is accepted. Equipment and related parts can be packed in wooden cases or on wooden pallets according to size.
