Ultra-High-Temperature Heating under Vacuum or Protective Atmosphere
Vacuum Tungsten Wire Furnace is a vertical heat treatment system designed for ultra-high-temperature processing under vacuum or protective atmosphere conditions.
The furnace uses a round chamber structure. This design supports vacuum operation while also helping the furnace body resist deformation during high-temperature use.
The heating area uses multiple layers of tungsten mesh arranged for annular heating. Heat is distributed around the working area, while multiple heat shields are installed outside the heating section to reduce heat transfer toward the furnace shell.
Compared with conventional resistance-wire furnaces, this equipment reaches a much higher temperature level, with a maximum temperature of 2300°C.

Water-Cooled Furnace Body and Multiple Chamber Sizes
The inner furnace shell is made from 310S stainless steel, while the outer shell is carbon steel.
A circulating water-cooling system is installed between the two layers. This structure is used to control furnace shell temperature during high-temperature operation and support long-term equipment use.
Five furnace chamber sizes are available:
φ100 × 100 mm, φ200 × 200 mm, φ300 × 300 mm, φ400 × 400 mm, and φ500 × 500 mm.
Their corresponding power ratings are 35 kW, 52 kW, 125 kW, 280 kW, and 450 kW.
The rated voltage is 380 V. The listed heating rate is 1–20°C/min, and the vacuum level is 6.67 × 10⁻⁴ Pa.
Material Sintering and High-Temperature Processing
Vacuum Tungsten Wire Furnace can be used for sintering inorganic materials, metal compounds, ceramics, and other inorganic compounds under vacuum or protective atmosphere conditions.
It can also be used for sintering and heat treatment of metal materials.
The multi-layer tungsten heating and shielding structure is suitable for processes where high temperature, furnace cleanliness, and vacuum conditions are important.
Before purchasing, buyers should confirm workpiece dimensions, loading method, maximum process temperature, required vacuum level, protective gas, cooling-water conditions, and the available 380 V power capacity.
This helps match furnace chamber size and power to the actual process instead of choosing only according to maximum temperature.
Insulation Component Support and Quality Control
Nengcheng Crystal's alumina crystal fiber series reaches temperature grades up to 1700°C. The company can also manufacture furnace insulation sleeves, flame shields, and vacuum-formed special-shaped components.
For ultra-high-temperature equipment, these products can be discussed for non-direct hot-face areas and related insulation structures.
The company has teams covering material development, production processes, quality control, and technical service. Insulation component dimensions and installation methods can be developed according to equipment drawings.
Photos or videos can be provided during production. Products are normally inspected before packaging, and third-party inspection is accepted. Equipment and related parts can be packed in wooden cases or on wooden pallets according to size.
