Vacuum Annealing for Stainless Steel and Precision Metal Parts
Stainless Steel Vacuum Annealing Furnace is a horizontal heat treatment system mainly designed for vacuum annealing of stainless steel and special metal components. The furnace uses a round outer body with a square internal working space. The circular external structure supports the pressure requirements of the vacuum chamber, while the square inner space is convenient for loading regular workpieces, sheet parts, and processing fixtures.
The furnace liner is made from 310S stainless steel. The outer shell is carbon steel, and a circulating water-cooling system is installed between the inner and outer layers. This structure helps control furnace shell temperature and supports structural stability during continued operation.
The equipment is intended for projects where workpiece dimensions, surface condition, annealing temperature, and loading arrangement all need to be considered together.

Two Temperature Groups for Different Chamber Sizes
The product range is divided into two temperature groups.
The 400 × 300 × 300 mm, 500 × 400 × 400 mm, and 600 × 400 × 400 mm models have a maximum temperature of 1000°C. Their rated powers are 5 kW, 7 kW, and 10 kW respectively.
Larger 500 × 500 × 500 mm, 900 × 600 × 600 mm, and 900 × 800 × 800 mm models have a maximum temperature of 850°C, with power ratings of 15 kW, 18 kW, and 24 kW.
All configurations use a 380 V power supply and resistance-wire heating. The listed heating rate is 1–20°C/min, and the vacuum level is 10 Pa.
When selecting a Stainless Steel Vacuum Annealing Furnace, buyers should therefore compare required temperature and loading volume rather than assuming that the largest chamber also provides the highest operating temperature.
Applications for Special Metals and Sheet Components
The equipment is mainly used for vacuum annealing of special materials, stainless steel, selenium steel sheet cores, precious metal parts, silver-copper composite rivets, and sheet-type components.
Compared with a more general-purpose vacuum annealing furnace, this product is more specifically focused on metallic materials and precision components.
For projects requiring a larger loading volume, the 850°C chamber options provide more space for fixtures or larger batches. The 1000°C versions are more suitable where higher annealing temperature is required but the workpiece and fixture dimensions remain relatively compact.
Before order confirmation, buyers should identify workpiece dimensions, loading method, required bright surface condition, and actual annealing temperature.

Custom Insulation Parts and Order Support
Nengcheng Crystal can provide related furnace insulation, furnace door sealing, and customized thermal insulation parts for this equipment type.
The technical team can discuss material density, thickness, dimensions, and installation structure according to customer drawings.
Customized sample development normally takes 7–15 days, while customized production generally requires 20–45 days.
For larger orders, pricing can be discussed according to quantity. The supplied purchasing information states that customized orders normally use a 50% advance payment.
Wooden cases or wooden pallets can be used according to equipment size, and EXW, FOB, and DDP delivery terms are supported.
