Large Processing Space for High-Temperature and Vacuum Treatment

 

Large-diameter Tube Furnace is designed for large samples, high-temperature atmosphere processing, and vacuum heat treatment. The equipment uses resistance wire as the heating element and combines segmented programmable temperature control, phase-shift triggering, and thyristor control. This allows the furnace to follow a preset heating and holding program during operation.

The furnace chamber uses alumina ceramic fiber as the thermal insulation material. This insulation structure provides high-temperature resistance, relatively fast heating, and reduced heat loss.

A high-purity quartz tube is used as the furnace tube. The material provides thermal conductivity, thermal shock resistance, high-temperature electrical insulation, and chemical corrosion resistance. The large tube diameter and extended tube length provide more processing space for applications where standard laboratory tube furnaces are too small.

Tube Sizes, Power and Vacuum Options

 

The maximum temperature of the series is 1200°C.

Available tube specifications include φ200 × 3000 mm, φ250 × 3000 mm, φ300 × 2400 mm, and φ400 × 2400 mm. Their corresponding rated powers are 21 kW, 27 kW, 36 kW, and 55 kW.

The rated voltage is 380 V.

Vacuum configurations can be selected from -0.1 MPa, 10 Pa, or 6.7 × 10⁻³ Pa. These options allow buyers to select a system according to ordinary atmosphere treatment, low-vacuum processing, or processes requiring a higher vacuum level.

Applications for Material and Heat Treatment Processes

 

The equipment can be used for elemental analysis and determination, annealing of ordinary small steel parts, brazing, and heating treatment of electronic ceramics and other new materials.

It is suitable for laboratories, research organizations, and industrial or mining enterprises requiring a large effective tube diameter and extended processing area.

Because different applications require different tube sizes and vacuum levels, equipment selection should not be based only on the maximum temperature. Buyers should also confirm the required loading space and process environment before finalizing the furnace specification.

Customization can be discussed according to technical drawings, target furnace tube dimensions, or process requirements. The normal production period for customized equipment is 20–45 days. Photos or videos can be provided during production.

Finished equipment is normally checked before packaging, and third-party inspection is accepted. Large equipment can be packed in wooden cases or on wooden pallets. EXW, FOB, and DDP delivery terms are supported.
