1700°C Tube Furnace for High-Temperature Material Processing

 

High Temperature Tube Furnace is designed for material heat treatment that requires a sealed furnace tube, controlled atmosphere, and higher operating temperature.

The series includes 1700°C equipment using corundum furnace tubes. This configuration is suitable for high-temperature sintering, annealing, and material experiments.

Different furnace tube diameters can be selected according to sample size and loading requirements. Available tube diameters include φ50, φ60, φ80, and φ100 mm depending on the selected furnace model.

The tubular structure keeps the sample inside a relatively independent reaction area and can be combined with vacuum or protective atmosphere systems according to process requirements.

GL1700-S for Compact High-Temperature Processing

 

GL1700-S has a maximum temperature of 1700°C and a heating-zone length of 170 mm.

The equipment can be configured with a φ50 × 800 mm or φ60 × 800 mm corundum tube.

Rated power is 2.5 kW and rated voltage is 220 V.

The external dimensions are approximately 850 × 420 × 670 mm, and the listed equipment weight is approximately 55 kg.

This configuration is suitable where a smaller tube diameter and more compact heating area can meet the required sample dimensions and batch size.

GL1700C for Larger Tubes and Longer Heating Zone

 

GL1700C also has a maximum temperature of 1700°C but provides a longer 300 mm heating zone.

It can use corundum tubes from φ50 to φ100 mm in diameter with a length of 1000 mm. Rated power is 6 kW and rated voltage is 220 V.

The listed external dimensions are approximately 1010 × 510 × 780 mm, with an equipment weight of approximately 155 kg.

Compared with GL1700-S, the longer heating section and larger available furnace tube provide more processing space for larger samples or multiple pieces.

When selecting a High Temperature Tube Furnace, buyers should compare tube diameter, heating-zone length, sample dimensions, loading quantity, and required process atmosphere instead of considering only the 1700°C maximum temperature.

High-Temperature Insulation and Custom Equipment Support
