Rapid Heating and Cooling by Movable Furnace Design
Sliding Tube Furnace is a rapid heat treatment system in which the furnace body can move along the axial direction of the furnace tube. A sliding rail is installed under the furnace, allowing the heating section to move from one side of the tube to the sample position and then move away again after treatment.
This design allows the furnace to be preheated before the sample is exposed to the target temperature. Once the required temperature is reached, the furnace can slide quickly to the sample area for rapid heating. After the heat treatment cycle is completed, the furnace can be moved to the opposite side so the sample enters the cooling stage more quickly.
This operating method is suitable for processes where heating and cooling response time is an important part of the experiment or production procedure.

1200°C Operation with Single- and Dual-Zone Options
The maximum operating temperature is 1200°C, while continuous working temperature should not exceed 1100°C.
The furnace uses a double-layer shell and air-cooling system. High-purity alumina fiber is used as the furnace insulation material, while the inner surface has a high-temperature alumina coating to reduce heat loss and improve heat reflection.
HGL1200 is the single-zone model with a 440 mm heating zone. HGL1200-II is the dual-zone model with a 200 mm + 200 mm heating configuration.
Both models have a rated power of 3 kW and rated voltage of 220 V. Quartz tube options include Φ25, Φ50, Φ60, Φ80, and Φ100 × 1400 mm.
Programmable Temperature Control and Safety Functions
The temperature control system includes PID control, automatic tuning, 30–50 segment programming, over-temperature alarm, and thermocouple failure alarm.
Temperature control accuracy is ±1°C, and the recommended heating rate is no more than 10°C/min.
The furnace also includes a power-off function when the furnace door is opened. This reduces the chance of the heating system continuing to operate while the furnace is being accessed.
When selecting a Sliding Tube Furnace, buyers should consider furnace tube diameter, sample position, heating-zone length, rail movement, and the required temperature program. The relationship between sample dimensions and the effective heating area is particularly important for rapid treatment applications.
Customization, Inspection and International Delivery
Nengcheng Crystal can discuss sliding rail structure, furnace tube support, sample location, temperature control programs, and insulation design before production.
The company can also use its high-temperature fiber material and furnace forming experience to support the insulation structure.
Custom equipment can be developed according to technical drawings. Customized production normally takes 20–45 days.
Photos or videos can be provided during production. Products are normally inspected before packaging, and third-party inspection is accepted.
Wooden cases or wooden pallets can be used for international transportation. EXW, FOB, and DDP delivery terms are supported.
