Dynamic Heat Treatment with Tube Rotation
Rotating Tube Furnace combines furnace tube rotation with adjustable furnace inclination. It can be used for sintering, melting, and analysis of metals, non-metals, and other compounds under vacuum or controlled atmosphere conditions.
During operation, rotation causes powder or granular materials to move continuously inside the tube. The material position changes throughout the heating process rather than remaining static.
The furnace can also be tilted to adjust how the material is distributed or moves along the tube. This makes the equipment suitable for processes where dynamic heating is more appropriate than keeping the sample fixed in one position.
The product can be used in university laboratories, research institutes, and industrial or mining enterprises for material experiments requiring controlled movement during heating.

Adjustable Rotation and Furnace Inclination
The maximum operating temperature is 1200°C, while the continuous working temperature should not exceed 1100°C.
Rotation speed can be adjusted from 0 to 10 rpm, and both forward and reverse rotation are available.
The furnace inclination can be adjusted from 0° to 40°. The supplied information recommends keeping the maximum inclination below 30° during normal use.
The recommended heating rate is no more than 20°C/min.
These adjustable parameters make the Rotating Tube Furnace suitable for powders, particles, or materials that need repeated movement during thermal treatment.
Temperature, Gas and Process Control
The equipment uses a YD858 temperature controller with PID control, automatic tuning, and 30–50 segment programmable control.
Temperature control accuracy is ±1°C.
The heating element is iron-chromium-aluminum alloy wire, and a K-type thermocouple is used for temperature measurement.
The furnace chamber uses high-purity alumina fiber combined with a high-temperature alumina coating. This structure reduces heat transfer and improves heating efficiency.
Gas flow options listed in the supplied information include 1–100 SCCM, 1–200 SCCM, and 1–500 SCCM.
Before purchasing, buyers should confirm material form, furnace tube center diameter, connection structure at both tube ends, target rotation speed, inclination, number of gas lines, and vacuum requirements.
Custom Design and Production Coordination
For powders that tend to agglomerate, particle mixing, or dynamic reaction processes, rotation may provide a more targeted processing method than a static tube furnace.
Nengcheng Crystal can discuss furnace tube structure, heating-zone length, and insulation design based on technical drawings or physical prototypes.
The company has teams covering R&D, production processes, quality control, and technical service.
Customized production normally requires 20–45 days. Photos or videos can be provided during manufacturing. Finished equipment is normally inspected before packaging, and third-party inspection is accepted.
For larger orders, pricing can be discussed according to purchase quantity.
